Certain transactions may require one or more of the following:

• Secondary identification documents
• Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
• Issuer verification
• Additional documentation based on check type or amount
• Manager review for larger transactions
• Advance notice for checks above a certain dollar amount

Submission of an inquiry or presentation of a transaction does not guarantee approval, same-day processing, or availability of funds. All transactions are subject to review and approval at the discretion of David’s Money Centers of Rockland, LLC.

• Customers have the right to decline a transaction after fees are disclosed without penalty
